Senior Sourcing and Procurement Manager Corporate SolutionsWhat this job involvesTo align with Corporate Procurement and be responsible for managing all aspects of the procurement service delivery in India for IFM clients and execute Procurement strategies for local and/or national initiatives for facility services.Responsible for Vendor Selection, Vendor Development & Management of all supplier relationships including administrative and operational activities and issues.Ensure all Jones Lang LaSalle sourcing and contracting standards are maintained. In this capacity, the Procurement Senior Manager is accountable for the achievement of the Management Plan and all key performance indicators including responsibility for managing the budgets, short and long-term regional projects, operations and maintenance, interface with senior managers in client business units, coordination with other key managers within IFM alliance partner organizations and customer satisfaction.Optimizing overall commercial performanceSupport regional and national sourcing initiative as specified by Head SCMP (West Asia).Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible to execute the Procurement strategy for IFM in his region. To provide comprehensive facility, contract and procurement management for technical services to the client Review the service practices of all soft services Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the client expectations. Review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations Plan & take responsibility for smooth operations of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations and Civil works pertaining to the facility Responsible for setting up the AMCmaintenance contracts with service providers to service the Client requirements. Ensure proper communications with site teams. Provide detailed instruction and continuous follow-up to support the operations team in standardized RFQ/bid and contract processes. Supervise teams to negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to provide best possible solution to clients. Manage information of Purchase Orders issued by clientsJLL to vendors. Manage information on cost savings and provide reports on Cost Savings whenever required. Promote effective financial management and continue to develop financial and business acumen. Identify opportunities to consolidate supplier base wherever possible to leverage on volume economies. Identify suppliers, capabilities, share of business, products pricing to establish standardisation of rates for requirements. Provide liaison between vendors, site teams, finance team and management to ensure timely payments to vendors. Ensure timely issue of Purchase Order to vendors. Demonstrate continuous effort to improve procurement operations, decrease turnaround time and streamline work processes. Manage data integrity and provide adhoc reports whenever required by the management. Ensure compliance to JLL standard processes and procedures. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations. Supervision of RFPs / RFQs / Analyze the vendor / select the best logical vendor and recommend to the client Be responsible for Statutory compliance program for sub vendors across India. In consultation and collaboration with IFM team leads/ Ops Mangers oversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the sub-contractor service delivery across all sites.Sets objectives and measurable goals and motivates team to achieve them. Coaches and develops staff and provides regular feedback and guidance. Ensure PO tracker is maintained as per agreed format and shared regularly with Head SCMP. Manage own portfolio vendors. Ensure all Procurement and savings related data is maintained accurately. Ensure data security and sharing of data on need to know basis.Meet JLL KPI s for:
