Job Description

  • Provide remote desktop support (Level 2) for Travelex users
  • Install new / rebuild existing systems and configure hardware, operating systems, and printer peripherals.
  • Perform Microsoft critical patching on daily basis for Windows Servers.
  • Managing the installation, configuration & maintenance Win 7 & other Microsoft product
  • Active directory management on the server. Also mailbox creation/deletion on exchange server & O365.
  • Monitor technical errors & critical alerts for windows servers, Datacoms devices and application services.
  • Perform user data backup and restoration operations.
  • Perform daily backup operations, ensuring data is successfully backed up on to the appropriate media and it is sent off site as necessary.
  • Perform routine audits of windows Servers to ensure that they are healthy, up & running.
  • VPN user management on RSA server.
  • Coordinate with vendors for major hardware or software problems or defective products for service.
  • Maintain asset Inventory of resources including software, server, workstation and laptop systems.
  • Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
  • Train users and promote security awareness
  • Managing and updating antivirus.
  • Should have knowledge of remote supporting tools.
  • Management, Active Directory & related things i.e. user, groups, computers, OUs, printers etc.
  • FTP server management. Creation of FTP usernames, Virtual Directories. To give remote support for FTP related problems.
  • Configuring mobile device for corporate users and troubleshooting
  • Configuring and Troubleshooting of Mail application like Microsoft Outlook.
  • Network & Local Printer installation, configuration on Server & Workstation.
  • Planning, implementation of system in organized way, as per the company s requirement.
  • Should have good understanding about BCP
  • Good understanding about ticketing tool and SLA management.
  • Should have knowledge about WIFI device.
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Essential
  • Bachelor s Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience.
  • Certificate course in Hardware and Networking
