Technology expert responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, tuning, enhancing, and debugging complex technology solutions that satisfy business needResponsibilities
• SCCM 2016 /MECM 2107 experience focused on deploying, Packaging, administering, and troubleshooting and enterprise wide SCCM environment on large scale environment.
• Provided customized solutions to solve SCCM 2016 /MECM 2107 complex business problems.
• Provided infrastructure and design guidance for setting up and maintaining SCCM environments.
• Responsible for Monthly Patching of Enterprise client Environment of over 1 lakh+ workstations using SCCM 2016 /MECM 2107 and responsible for security vulnerability patching and upgrades.
• Implemented new patching standardization and procedures utilizing Software Updates Point (SUP) and provided best practice guidance on setting up and maintaining a solid patching solution using SCCM
• Created Custom Reports utilizing the SCCM DB using custom SQL queries and SQL Reporting Services.
• Performing Monthly WSUS clean up, Client health check and site server health check, mitigated issues as needed and Remediation of WMI issues, IIS, Bits, etc.
• Used SCCM Client Actions Tool to be performing most common day-to-day administrative tasks on SCCM 2016 /MECM 2107 client.
• Resolved Client Connectivity, Packages and OS Deployment issues by analysing SCCM logs.
• Migrating applications from Windows 7 to Windows 10 compatible version.
• Responsible to create windows 10 image according to client policies and customizations.
• Created base images of Windows 7/Windows 10 OS for application packaging using MDT.
• Worked on Migration to Windows 10 from Windows 7 and successfully deployed Windows 10.1 for the whole enterprise.
• Created Task Sequence and managed all drivers for OS deployment.
• Deployed Office 365 Pro Plus by using SCCM and the Office Deployment Tool.
• Created Virtual Machines, Installed OS (Linked clones and manual clones from templates), installed Applications and patches.
• Gathered Requirements and created packages, tested, and deployed the packages to production.
• Involved in Automation of the Packaging and deployment by developing various automation tools.
• During the patch weeks, reports are generated to detect which machines have been patches and which have not.
• Used PowerShell & VBS scripting to develop application packages.
• Worked on sequencing applications using App-V 5.1 and deployed via SCCM 2016.
• Through Active Directory organized and simplified the management of users, computers, applications, and devices, and make it easier for users to find the information they need.
• MECM Server in-console upgrade.
• Patch deployment: Microsoft Critical, High, Medium, Low CVE s and other Third-party pathing like Adobe, Google Chrome.
• Compliance baseline deployment: creating custom compliance script VBS, PowerShell, Registry based Compliance baseline deployment to clients.
• MBAM BitLocker management using MECM.
• SQL SSRS custom report creation and hosting.
• MECM Custom WQL queries creation.
• MECM DRS replication troubleshooting.

• Responsible for vendor lifecycle management, targeting strategic partnership opportunities with relevant vendors. Leveraging partnership opportunities to deliver outcomes.
• Responsible to lead and develop a team of Product Owners (POs) and ensure the vision of the portfolio of products is clearly articulated.
• Accountable for the overall product/product suite vision and strategy.
Business
• Manage BAU mails and queries received from the stakeholders and assist them to resolve their issues and queries.
Processes
• Ensure that SCCM Operation complies with the Technology Operations processes within the Operations Risk Framework. These include, Incident Management, Infrastructure Operations, IT Service Continuity Management, Asset Management and Operations Monitoring
• Understanding of existing processes and practices to generate new Hive opportunities to support the Vision
• Responsible for defining user stories for the group of defined products in coordination with scrum team, scrum master and Product Owner.
• Accountable to coordinate Prioritised Release Backlogs definition, prioritisation, and maintenance
• Shape the Hive backlog: define and prioritise streams and epics for the Hive
• Synchronize the product vision with Product Owners from the squads
• Quarterly business planning for the Hive, preparing a Quarterly Performance Review (QPR)
• Set goals during release planning, design and maintain the overall product roadmap
• Manage expectations of all stakeholders across the organisation

Our Ideal Candidate
• Bachelors degree and 10+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Banking or financial services experience.
• 10+ years of experience with Windows 10 and SCCM /MECM experience at enterprise level.
• Directly responsible for the design, implementation, and engineering support of SCCM MECM for desktop solutions
• Good experience with managing Application, Patch, Operating System Deployment & compliance configuration via SCCM / MECM infrastructure.
• Deploying, configuring, and maintaining SCCM Pro in a cloud and/or on-premises environment.
• Proven experience in systems design and development.
