  • Developing and executing SC strategy aligned to the business goals.
  • Project management in Supply Chain including all innovations in bottles and deos format.
  • Technology evaluation for bottles and deos as per new innovations and formats.
  • Complete understanding of technology of bottle lines.
  • Understanding of technology of Deodrants.
  • Development of suppliers for relevant technologies required.
  • Understands the innovation process and its various stages: Idea, Feasibility, Capability and roll-out.
  • Evaluating capacities of relevant formats during new innovations as well as packs.
  • Understanding of the Basic PnL structure of the category and work on projects to improve the gross margin of the category.
  • Understands the impacts of final product mix and Capex allocation on Supply Chain Cost and Gross Management.
  • Monitors changes in the cost assumptions, and its impact to the Supply Chain Cost, Gross Margin, and Transfer Prices
  • Handling strategic projects end to end from supply chain POV.
  • Capacity planning and Long term capacity management for various formats.
  • Selects strategic options and identifies necessary steps to minimise risks
  • Engages relevant stakeholders and identifies potential barriers to execution
  • Takes corrective action and holds people accountable for their commitments
  • Understands how a network operates from Supplier to Customer. Give relevant inputs which are cost and time effective.
  • Identifies the relevant elements required to input to the network design. Includes cost elements, eco-efficiency drivers, timelines of implementation.
  • Understand safety in technology and work with suppliers and UEnS team to ensure machinery safety is build in the new machine design.
  • Understand various risks in quality management in an innovation process.
  • Ensures implementation of Quality requirements within IPM Functional Excellence for all innovations.
Key Skills & Requirement:ESSENTIAL
  • 2-3 years experience of working in bottle lines factory in any competitor company.
  • Relevant experience of working in deodorants plant.
PREFERRED Preferred experience in central roles like Technology, engineering or planning,
