Job Description

    Job Role :
    • Head of Tendering & Estimation Department, manage all company related pre contract QS services including tendering and cost planning.
    • Establish and implement best practices and focuses on continuous improvement.
    • Finalize estimation of all direct and indirect costs and consolidates tender documents for management review and approval.
    • Provide all the necessary project information upon project award to the management as per the budget.
    • Generate weekly tender status reports highlighting progress on concerned tenders.
    • Assign estimating work, coaches, and mentors provides technical support to estimating team.
    • Evaluating subcontractor and vendor proposals.
    • Participate in pre bid meetings and corporate client presentation meetings as required.
    • Ensure historical data is documented and archived on each quoted project.
    • Maintain databases of standard material costs and various market pricing models.
    • Manage and monitors the performance of Estimators, QSs and provides guidance as and when required
    Required Candidate Profile :
    • Sound knowledge in Contracts Management, Quantity Surveying, and Tender Evaluation, Pre-Contracts, Post Contracts and monitoring the same.
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Excellent leadership skills
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
