Assume responsibility for delivering corporate banking products to customers including end-to-end execution of loan transactions. Develop and maintain effective corporate relationships. Meet Corporate Banking objectives through negotiations with various business / product verticals. RESPONSIBILITIES: Origination sourcing corporate banking business to offer fund based and non fund-based products. Cross selling of treasury and other corporate banking products. Advise corporate clients on funding requirements, syndicated loans offer structured products. Good understanding of the different corporate sectors and the scenario in each sector for fund arrangement from international banks through different instruments including long term loans, structured finance etc. Credit administration and documentation. Adherence to strict KYC/AML requirements while on-boarding the MNC clients. Identification and management of credit risk effectively. DESIRED SKILLS : Strong origination and deal closure skills.
