Service Assurance Lead

Job Description

Service Assurance Lead: Responsible for maintaining high availability of the CIB Intelligent Automation solutions as well as strategic focus on health of automation solutions with rigor on continuous optimization. Continuous Service Assurance Develop dashboards that provide real time insight to the large automation footprint (~600 BOTs, ~50000 Xceptor templates, numerous Python micro services, more than 1200 VSIs hosting these solutions) Focus on enhancing user experience by developing solutions to provide transparency in BOT execution and ability for the user to control BOT behavior on a real time. Have real time view of the infra and license usage Establish operating model with core technology teams to minimize application change impact to process automation solutions Develop processes to engage with core technology for post-production support and changes that impact BOTs Reduce Run the Bank cost for Intelligent Automation through optimization models of infrastructure, licenses and support model. Production Management Regular stability review mechanism with stakeholders (Operations EDs and MDs who consume the automation solutions) Plan for short term and long term stability improvements. Drive continuous improvement agenda Develop robust infra monitoring mechanism that provide various slice and dice views on real time basis Develop a model to move to DevOps and enable CIB operations to own parts of production support L0 support model Ensure successful transition to HPSM and ensure right level of stakeholder engagement on P1Sx calls provide right level of visibility to CIB Operations and Technology leaders Infrastructure Management Plan for stringent need based ordering mechanism and thrive for continuous optimization of the infra footprint Synch up with automation products roadmap to achieve year of year infra efficiencies Tech Refresh planning and ExecutionQualifications Engineering Graduate Must have 10+ years of work experience in similar job profile.Our Corporate & Investment Bank relies on innovators like you to build and maintain the technology that helps us safely service the world s important corporations, governments and institutions.
