  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Manage all incoming demand for service from regulatory, audit, risk or business strategy perspective and triage work to either project or service team for implementation.
  • Translate service strategy into implementation requirements.
  • Drive / facilitate the requirements and development effort with the business
  • Create process documentation and take end to end ownership.
  • Assisting technology stakeholders in exploring solutions appropriate to meet the operational and business/functional requirements defined.
  • Work closely with vendors on number of deliverables.
  • Interact with various teams within the bank, for example, Cloud, Platform Engineering, DevOps and CSS.
  • Take responsibility in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test use cases
  • Have experience of working in Agile environments with multiple teams and location involved.
  • Support technology delivery and different teams in solution delivery and implementation
  • Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management
  • Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • CISSP, CISM, CSSP, CSSK PMP, AWS and Azure certifications.
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • Experience in Agile methodologies
  • Ability to identify issues with the aim of taking actions demonstrating a persistent drive to completion
  • Information security experience in financial organizations
  • Detailed oriented and capable of delivering to a high standard
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills for articulating thoughts clearly with stakeholders ranging from engineers to senior business management
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations
  • Good Stakeholder management in business or IT projects is deliverable
  • Information Security Knowledge
  • Good understanding and knowledge of Cloud/Containers and IT security frameworks
  • Ability to identify issues with the aim of taking actions demonstrating a persistent drive to completion
  • Team player but technically autonomous and work independently
