Service CoordinatorExperience: 1- 2 years Salary: 15-18k pmOnly female Candidate. Job Profile: Resolve service calls using documented procedures. Handle routine help desk responsibilities and ensure time resolution as per Senior Managements Services. Attend help desk calls through mail and calls, revert them and troubleshoot 1st level problems. Attend support calls, solve routine issues and escalate complex issues based on priority. Taking necessary actions on complaints received from client based on technical data available from various tools and resolving through field engineer.
