    Dear Candidate,We are Hiring for Service EngineerRoles & Responsibilties :-Location- MumbaiPosition: Service Engineer.Brief Description:Primary responsibilities include the engineering, technical overview and services for telecom productssupplied by the company.This position is located at the company headquarters in Andheri (East), Mumbai.The job profile requires the individual to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:1. Should have good technical skills for component level PCD Level and repairing of electronicproducts, repairing faults, and servicing equipment.2. Should have knowledge of the telecom technologies Ethernet TCP/IP, SDH/PDH analysers, RFETC.3. Ability to respond to customer inquiries about technical problems through an Internet-based,telephone calls, and email4. Should have good verbal and written communication skills so as to be able to communicate withas customers for resolving service related issues.5. Should assist in creation and implementation of documents and procedures to supportcustomers.Desired Candidates Profile1. B.E in Electronic && Telecommunications.2. At least -------3 TO 4------ years experience in servicing of an electronic products.3. Should be eager to learn new technologies4. Customer service and supports skills are required.5.
