Job Description

    Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining the requirements and designing applications that align with business processes and application needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT Service Management system.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Expected to work independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
    • Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to problem-solving.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
    • Design and develop applications on the ServiceNow IT Service Management platform.
    • Create technical specifications and documentation for application development.
    • Conduct unit testing and debugging of applications.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for application issues.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
    • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members.
    Professional & Technical Skills:Must-Have Skills:
    • Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
    • Strong understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
    • Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and modules.
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for ServiceNow customization.
    Good-to-Have Skills:
    • Experience with ITIL processes and the ITIL framework.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
    Additional Information:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
    • This position is based in our Hyderabad office.
    • A full 15 years of formal education is required.
