  • Overall 10 years of IT experience Salesforce Technical lead with 7 years of experience in SFDC
  • Should have good hands on experience in Apex and VF for 5 years
  • Should able to lead team to implement the changes advised by customer S
  • hould able to work closely with internal and external customers
  • Should able to produce the status reports provide demo to customer on build
  • Should able to feasibility analysis for change requests coordination with SFDC support on issues cases etc
  • Should advise team on standard coding practices testing methodology peer reviews
  • Should able to manage the Maintenance and enhancement project
  • Should able to understand requirements does change management formulate solution and estimates and work with team for resolution and development
  • Responsibility will include estimating efforts and tracking resource work and planning
  • Should able to coordinate with interfacing teams and customer
