1. Should have basic knowledge of Mobile / Web / IBT exe based trading applications. 2. Excellent communication skills with customers. 3. Can work on excel 4. Should have good knowledge of network/IT. 5. Minimum 1-2 yr. exp. 6. Sound knowledge of share market/mutual funds.JD:1. Handling Calls for trading/technical support. 2. Giving end to end solution to customer complains for all trading applications with the help of internal teams (if any coordination is required). 3. Tracking of all mails/issues reported and work on to close the critical open issues on timely basis. 4. Testing of UAT/CUG/Live mobile app builds on regular basis as and when required. 5. Tracking of mails come from internal teams and responding to them in time. 6. Analyzing the type of complains reported by customers and escalate in case repetitive issues are observed in specific time interval. 7.
