We are looking to add to this talent pool a specialist in learning and development who will lead our manager development practice.The Ideal Experience Map:Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in L&D (Learning & Development) or OD (Organizational Development)Roles and Responsibilities:Head the Manager Development team within the Learning & Development function of eClerx catering to junior and middle managementPartner with stakeholders across the organization to conduct an effective training need analysis and scope the requirements of manager development programs and define business outcomesCreate programs that are aligned with business objectives and develop manager development solutions, which are integrated, efficient, effective, and innovativeEmbrace different styles of training techniques, including instructor- led trainings, e- learning, coaching, etc.Partner with third- party vendors or other internal stakeholders to ensure successful completion of manager development programsEnsure that all training logistics are efficiently handledDeliver, whenever required, training sessions / blended L&D solutions to junior and middle managementCraft and deploy impact assessments / effectiveness criteria to evaluate the success of manager development initiativesAccurately and regularly report progress to business and internal stakeholdersManage the eLearning engagement of eClerx with third- party eLearning providersMarket manager development initiatives to foster a learning culture and improve awarenessManage the Continuing Education Policy at eClerxCreate and manage partnerships with business schools, finance- training institutions, and analytics- training institutesHandle trainings for the HR, Knowledge Management, Quality, CSR, and Centralized Marketing teamsWork with the Metrics and Corporate Finance teams to track the budgeted versus actual training spendImplement manager development solutions within the allocated training budgetManage special L&D projectsKeep abreast of L&D innovations and current market practicesTechnical and Functional Skills:MS Office SuitePeople Management and Personality Traits:Manage a team of designers who create computer- based trainings and videos for stakeholders across the organizationStrong at written and spoken communicationAnalytical thinkingCustomer focusStrategic thinkingProactiveGeneral skills that will boost your eligibility:Diploma / degree / certificate course in L&D or ODNote: The role requires you to travel to Pune and Chandigarh, whenever required,
