Sr. Site Head / Site Head.Industry Real EstateFunction SalesCTC 14 to 25LSouth Mumbai.The candidate will be responsible for maximizing Company sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents. Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for-Managing the entire site and staff(Sales) allocated at the site.-Actively liaise with the marketing team (Online & Offline Marketing) to design the marketing strategy and contribute towards it-Managing & driving channel partner team to add more channel partners in their network-Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy-Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory-Ensure timely billing of all sale transactions and accurate collection-Train and evaluate the performance of the team (10 to 15 employees)-Aggressive Business Development to onboard more developers for Mandates
