Social Media Manager | Careers at DG7 Solutions, Mumbai Location: This position is based at Powai (Hiranandani) / Malad(S.V Road) or Vasai East (1 Min walk from railway station).Education Qualifications: The Social Media Specialist is tasked with developing, implementing and integrating social media into our core services by serving clients strategic marketing needs. We are looking for candidates that possess a true passion for building innovative experiences and social content that engages consumers toward the client overall brand goals.Responsibilities: Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification Strategically build content calendar for social media channels to interact, engage and build positive reputation for the client brands. Optimize social pages within each platform to increase the visibility of social content Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Brand & Engagement campaigns Manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) Moderate all user - generated content in line with the moderation policy for each brand Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Curiosity for uncovering emerging social media platforms and / or first - mover opportunities with existing platforms Successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives / projects in a deadline driven environment Oversee concepting, delivery and execution of programs for leading consumer brands including: social media, content marketing, and paid social mediaOversight of ongoing optimization of the social strategy, community management, content creation, social promotions / contests, partnerships, and UGC to improving our delivery and enhance results Embody a content marketing mindset including the ability to marry the social media strategy with the brand attitude, tone & voice Provide analytics to help develop recaps and reports, extrapolating key findings and making them relatable and actionable. Ability to manage budgets and calculate program ROI Ensures campaign goals / KPIs are met Qualifications: 2+ years of dedicated social media experience with a focus on B2B brands Has demonstrated a proven knowledge of major and emerging social channels, specific rules of engagement for brands / advertisers, and general platform policies Must have active accounts across key social media sites including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat Has established an understanding of digital the marketing space (social, paid media, analytics, UGC, influencers, third - party listening) Has created / managed a social media discipline within an agency or business Has created / integrated social media into overall marketing strategies Demonstrates the ability to lead a team in a highly talented and collaborative environment Excellent project management, problem solving, interpersonal, client, presentation and written / verbal communication skills Has exhibited proficiency with online tracking methodologies and measurement best practices Has demonstrated strong relational skills (clients, internal team, vendors) A keen eye for detail be proactive, and process driven Ability to multitask, delegate efficiency, and thrive in a fast - paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision,
