Job Description

    Urgent requirement for Software Application Support at Vikhorli.Experience: 3 years to 5 years Responsibilities / Job Functions:
    • Ticket Assignments to internal team.
    • Managing client escalation and helping team to provide best support to client.
    • Writing SQL queries and views to provide data from backend to client and to find out issues
    • Providing work around to client, Repo building and Manage TAT
    Skills Required:
    • Experience of L3 level support is mandatory.
    • Qualification IT background (B.E / B.Tech / BSc IT)
    • Knowledge of SQL queries and .net
    • People management
    • Good written and oral communication
    • HRMS background preferred.
