The incumbent will be part of development team and work on product development through the development lifecycle for a product or suite of products, ensuring that the product features are delivered on time and as per specifications. Principal Accountabilities 1. Technical Delivery Deliver within the defined parameters of quality, scope and timeliness 2. Support and Guidance Review work contributions of peers 3. Stakeholder Management Maintain a day to day stakeholder interaction & develop relationship with them for constant flow of information exceptions and expectations Maintains and contributes to ongoing feedback mechanisms such as focus groups, to enable regular and systematic compilation of feedback from stakeholders for future product design and development 4. The role of the Module Lead is to ensure deliveries in line with the role Framework & Boundaries Projects are delivered as per agreed governance model, against an agreed plan, which the role-holder will help define Organization Relationships Subordinates NA Superiors Weekly project reviews with reporting manager Day to day interaction for escalations and resolutions with Reporting Manager One on one with reporting manager on a quarterly basis Others Within the company: Frequent interaction with stakeholders from operating companies Participate and proactively contribute to activities of the Team Outside the company: 3 rd party service providers for support Person Specifications Education Essential: BE/ BTech/ MCA in any stream Desirable: Specialization in Computer Science Experience Essential: 2 - 5 years of experience in relevant domain/technology with IT companies/ leading captives. Desirable: Tier 1or2 IT companies/ leading captives. Experience of working in global teams spread across geographies Skills & Abilities Essential: Good written and verbal Communication Skills Ability to work under stress while being proactive and motivating others Good team player Ability to work in a matrix organization,
