To learn more about HERE, visit http://blog.here.com Your positionAs a Web Engineer you will work in an agile development team within the Map Creator department s Mumbai-based engineering team and will significantly contribute to shape the future and next steps of Map automation and creation in HERE.You will work closely with and will be embedded in the broader Map Creator team based on Germany, collaborating with an international team of highly skilled engineers.Your responsibility will cover developing, extending and maintaining various of applications needed to visualize, trained and maintained the quality of HERE Map data. HERE s crowd-mapping platform Map Creator , available at http://mapcreator.here.com, collects millions of Community map updates which contribute to HERE s global navigational database.For that you will work closely with various other development teams within and outside of the department to implement scaling and long-term solutions. Your work will consist of designing, developing & implementing software solutions for processing large quantities of geospatial navigational data.You will interface naturally in a close manner with supporting teams that are executing all steps of our rapid software release cycle: integration testing, deployment & release as well as monitoring and operational activities. Who are you You are a team-player who collaborates with developers, designers, testers and product manager to create an amazing user experience. You have experience with all aspects of the production software lifecycle.
