1. Work with the business and technology leadership in defining, prioritizing and key business objectives 2. Understand the current architecture and optimize the design along with administration of the infrastructure. 3. Clearly document business process flows, requirement statements, requirement matrixes, test plans and test cases 4. Gain strong expertise of the Payments business, Data extracts & Reporting specifications 5. Regularly communicate, follow up to all impacted stakeholders 6. Work with development team and development managers to articulate business objectives and requirements 7. Work with technology peers to develop comprehensive non functional requirements 8. Identify emerging issues and proactively work with the project manager to manage risk, issues and dependencies 9. Extend support for Production issues for business flows and investigations. 1. College degree in business or technology-related field 2. 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience 3. Expertise in Elastic search administration and Design 4. Strong J2EE skills 5. Demonstrated ability to manage geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups 6. Demonstrated ability to drive all tasks until objectives and dates are met 7. Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization 8. Demonstrated ability to create a collaborative environment and work through conflict to find appropriate solutions to key issues.,
