Job Description

    As a member of our Software Engineering Group you will dive head-first into creating innovative solutions that advance businesses and careers. You ll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving and Leading the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products. You ll be tasked with keeping the team and other key stakeholders up to speed on the progress of what s being developed. Coming in with an understanding of the importance of end-to-end software development-such as Agile frameworks-is key. And best of all, you ll be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
    • BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experience
    • Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
    • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
    • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
    • Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Cloud, Micro services, AngularJS, Bootstrap, React and other web technologies etc.
    • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
    • Experience with the following development and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow, Spinnaker, JMeter/Pasta/Blazemeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC and Spring Cloud
    • Experience in Unix Shell Scripts, API Gateways, Apache Kafka, Cassandra, NoSQL
    • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement , Production Support, Performance Tuning
    Mandatory
    • 5-7 years of experience in BFSI & managing Development team with Hands on Experience on Java, API, Kakfa and working on Springboot/Microservice Application.n last 3-4 years.
    • Hands on knowledge Cloud Technologies : AWS, GCP, Azure or any other Private Cloud platform
    • Understanding and experience with RDBMS, SQL, Cassandra, Kafka,API etc.
    • Experience with JavaScript, SpringBoot, JSON, XML, YAML
    • Hands on knowledge with functional test activities (manual & automation)
    • Experience with ATDD conventions using Cucumber, jUnit
    • Experience with AIM, Jules, jenkins, CI/CD , maven based frameworks
    • Experience with change management, implementation planning and release management Git/Bitucket
    • Agile and SCRUM principles ensuring smoother/faster software lifecycles.
    • Understanding and implementation of test-driven development and behavior driven development
    Other Preferred Skills
    • Relevant experience in Credit Cards or Payments technology
    • Knowledge in DBs such as IMS & DB2, Enscribe.
    • Knowledge on Mainframe and Tandems applications
    • Experience in any ETL tool
