Youll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose. Software testing involves the analysis of software, and systems, to avert risk and prevent software issues.Responsible for product test and validation including; development of product test requirements and test specifications. Implementation of the test software and scripts integration of test with other design elements (other software and hardware) and the development and execution of test plans.Review and analyze business and functional specifications for test planning purposes. Create or revise test cases for new and revised product features and capabilities. Provide timely and accurate status reporting to development team.
