Job Description

      • New Business DevelopmentThe Solutions Architect will be highly client facing. Responsible for building new business for website and App Implementation from Localisation to front-end development-related projects for TAG. Previous track record of converting major new business pitches is required.To support New Business and Client Services teams and act as a solution architect for all web-based requirements. Programme ManagementThe selected candidate will be leading centralised digital production and localisation processes for global brands involving simultaneous website rollouts across multiple countries.Responsible for process and quality assurance procedures implementation across services and brands.Responsible for global brand consistency, cost efficiency and timely delivery across all output by acting as a liaison between the global client, external participating agencies and internal teams across production hubs.Help onboard and implement New Client wins and workstreams To work with Client and 3rd party stakeholders to understand requirements.Account ManagementResponsible for understanding clients requirements, project scoping, risk & issue management. Primary point of contact for status updates across the whole programme eco-system to high level stakeholders internally and externally. This role will be in conjunction with Client Services team. Financial Controlling & ReportingFinancial control is a critical part of the role to ensure the projects have been correctly cost estimated from start to finish. The candidate will be working directly to Client Services Team and Financial Director for billing updates, escalations where project costs have not been supported or exceeded the original scope and any cost negotiations.Team LeadResponsible for ensuring work stream pipeline is correctly resourced from Project Management downwards. Proven track of previous team mentoring and training skills are required to lead the team in most successful manner. This role will be shared with Programme Managers who will be responsible for day-to-day PM and Production team coordination. Escalation ManagementPrimary point of contact for escalations either raised internally or externally, therefore good problem solving abilities and people skills are essential for good working collaboration to ensure the project and ultimately the programme of work remains on time and to budget. General Key Experience and SkillsetsGood working knowledge of project and programme related software tools, such as o MS Office suite o Confluence o JIRAGood financial modelling experienceReportingProblem solvingStrategic planning and execution o Program implementation o Recognising interdependencies within the program o Assumes program ownershipEffective Team Leadership skillsMentoringRelationship buildingExtensive knowledge of different CMS systems, with solid experience of AEM.Experience of mobile Application development.Solid Experience of working with Senior Client and 3rd party stakeholdersExperience of Mobile application developmen
