Job Description

  • Role :Technology Solution Planning Lead
  • Role Description :Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : A:Solution on how to automate reporting returns and file it with RBI B:Own Solution Plan and ensure its up to date C:Manage variety of stakeholders and conduct workshops for solution with Business, IT, Compliance, Risk, Ops and Testing organization D:Guide the team in terms of solution plan and resolve queries E:Conduct workshops with different teams in terms of cross team queries
      • Technical Experience : A:Working experience on multiple technologies Kafka, Spark, HDFS, Strom, Kibana, Cassandra, Mongo, Elastic search, Web servers etc B:Past experience in application architecture solution architecture and ability to understand how current application architecture translates to cloud deployment architecture
    • Professional Attributes : A: Resource should have good leadership skills B: Resource should have good communication skills
