Job Description

Leading product development in categories such as nutrition drinks, functional foods, digestive health, pain relief, immunity & wellness, weight management and more
Leading efforts on supplier identification, commercial negotiations, packaging, supply chain and product lifecycle management
Identifying target price, pack size, positioning etc through data analysis of competition brands, customer insights and search trends
Liaising with marketing, operations, finance and tech teams to incorporate customer feedback, regulatory requirements, profitability goals etc into the product range

4-7 years of experience in product development and sourcing across health and wellness categories
Entrepreneurial self-starter skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple project schedules and deadlines that run simultaneously
Excellent project management skills
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FSSAI, FDA, Ayush etc)
