Job Description

Objective Responsible for the Investigation of customer complaints received through various channels. Identify the root cause, fix gaps and resolve customer concern as per his satisfaction.Job Responsibility Investigation of assigned customer complaintsRoot cause analysis of complaints and suggest corrective actionsPrimary contact for all customer experience reporting and complaint handling activitiesThis individual is responsible for independently receiving, documenting, investigating, and coordinating responses on all complaints.Would be cross trained on back-office, payments & collections processes to resolve complaints fasterEnsures timely investigation of and response to all complaints. This involves initiating and participating in investigations and corrective action arising from complaints.Maintains current and complete complaint files.Performs analyses of complaints and implant reports for trends and identification of potential corrective or preventive actionsThis individual will be responsible for handling the concern for the walk in customers and ensuring timely closure of complaints & requests.Will be responsible for processing NOCs/NDC s for all request received and getting in touch with the customer in case it s returned to office Desired ProfileStrong communication and organization skills requiredShould be a graduate2+ years of overall experience with min 1 year of experience into complaints managementWorks independently and resolves complex issuesGood convincing, negotiation & objection handling skillsGood knowledge of MS officeAbility to interact with individuals/group at all levelsAbility to identify priorities and function independently,
