Improve our responsiveness to change through a network of empowered teams aligned to a common goal. Deliver value to market faster, improve client experience, increase employee engagement and improve productivity.New Ways of Working: Drive bank-wide transformation to New Ways of Working, to make it easier for our people to more quickly and safely, get the right things done for our Clients, gearing the Bank for high-performanceStrategy

• Awareness, understanding and support driving the organisation towards alignment to the Group s strategy for new Ways or Working and the Bold Stands

Business:

• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group operates

Processes:

• This role holder is not responsible for any specific Process within the Process Universe

People & Talent:

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values.

Risk Management

• Responsibility to identify, assessing and control risk of migrating initiatives to the new Ways of Working.

Governance

• Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of new Ways of Working to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the delivery of initiatives.

Regulatory & Business Conduct

• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
