Job Description

We are looking for someone with strong understanding of equity plan administration to join our compensation team. In this role you will work closely with HR, Finance and the leadership team to administer equity, enhance compensation tools and analytics.What is the job like

  • Responsible for managing the organisation s Global Equity Program.
  • Efficiently administer the company s equity compensation programs, grants, vesting process, exercises and buyouts.
  • Research trends in order to evaluate current plans and making recommendations on changes.
  • Maintain the equity database and ensure record keeping accuracy of employee and equity data at all times.
  • Respond to employee questions on their grants, tax implications related to grant or about the program in effect.
  • Accountable for generating and analyzing reports on vesting, exercises etc.
  • Summarize and present data in concise formats to the finance team and senior management.
  • Instrumental in processing exercises, issuing grants certificates, managing buyouts.
  • Collaborate with equity administration vendor, manage the online portal and ensure that the database reflects the most updated information.
What are we looking for
  • Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in managing equity programs and processes apart from payroll execution.
  • Should possess conceptual and practical knowledge of total rewards and global equity programs.
  • Should be smart, driven and energetic.
  • Should possess a strong understanding of equity best practices.
  • Should possess working knowledge of Global and India specific equity taxation related to equity compensation.
  • Should be an advanced user of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be able to communicate with and influence employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Should be able to work with minimal supervision.
