Job Description

    - Understand client training needs- Manage the assessment, planning, designing, developing and implementation of all Learning and Development solutions for clients- Check with clients to ensure their training programs are running successfully- Source training materials and solutions from third-parties as required- Work closely with client points of contact to ensure that the business needs are met by providing training solutions, reports, recommendations as needed- Identifying suitable partners for coaching, workshops, e-learning, video creation, and other activities for clients- Defining mechanisms for training reports, analytics and success measurementQualifications:Bachelors degree in Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or relevant fieldExperience:Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a training coordinator, training manager, L&D consultant or other similar role.- Experience in applying adult learning principles and consulting, coaching, mentoring, and training techniquesSkills:- Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Systems (LXP)- Learning frameworks and pedagogies- Project Management- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)- Eye for detail- Communication skills- Problem solving skills,
