Job Purpose:Product Manager for Credit Cards who will be responsible for product framework covering all elements of customer lifecycle, process structure & review, Customer experience & service.Key Accountabilities, KPIs and Job Responsibilities:Following are the key deliverables for the role where the candidate will assist his/her leader in achieving the aforesaid objective: 1)Product Framework Close on Product architecture , variantsProducts set up in the Card management systemWork closely with technology team to set up the interlinkage with Origination system, switch, Network , Bank systems for smoother transaction flowWork on close looping on ACS, other emerging payment system development and launch. Open digital channels like app , website , IVR , ATMs regulatory guidelines. Billing, Statementing & Cards payment collection2)Processes covering entire customer lifecycle Set up processes covering Card issuance , PIN , activation , transactions, online & NFC, authorisations, Fraud & dispute management, attrition.Put in place robust process mechanisms to monitor and review end to end journey.Liaison with Operations , Fraud monitoring , technology , Service team for the same 3)Customer experience & service Build frictionless customer interface for complaints and requestsBuild the Card app section for service & X-sell to drive customer experience , revenueInteract closely with service team to understand customer pain points and build better processes and systems.Responsible for NPS for cards & also reducing customer complaints 4)P&L monitoring Will closely review P&L and drive key revenue & cost items to optimize the same. 5)Projects : Undertake special projects with new partners / new payment / product related 6)Stakeholder & vendor management Will liase with payment network , Card partners , vendor partners to drive business goalsWork with internal stakeholders Technology,Risk, Compliance Sales, Service & operations, collections, Audit. 7)Regulatory compliance and assessment Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines for all card related parameters.Ensure compliance of card network guidelinesEx Experience:Experience in Credit Card products managementMinimum experience of 12 years with 8yrs+ in credit cards.Project management skills and experience in working on different aspects of the customer lifecycle for credit cards.Good presentation skills (conversant with MS Office)Conversant with card systems on originations , card management and interface with other linked systems,
