Job Description

    Job Title: Specialist - Software Engineering Location: Pan India We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Specialist with 6-9 years of experience in the field of automation engineering. The candidate should have a strong command over MS Power Platform, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end lifecycle of RPA process development using MS PowerAutomate Power Apps i.e., starting from requirement gathering to Bot development, deployment, and operational support. 2. Independently gather requirements with Business SME, assess automation opportunities, conduct technical feasibility studies, and provide solutions from an RPA or other applicable technology perspective. 3. Implement extensive exception handling for the BOTs from both technical and operational viewpoints. 4. Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document and defined requirements. 5. Identify internal and external process dependencies and report them to management. 6. Develop automated processes using Meta BOTs, OCR, and reusable components. 7. Create and execute unit test cases and provide support to SMEs during UAT. 8. Ensure compliance with design and coding standards, policies, and procedures. Skills: 1. Minimum 6-9 years of experience in automation engineering, with at least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform. 2. Expertise in end-to-end lifecycle of RPA process development using MS PowerAutomate Power Apps. 3. Ability to independently gather requirements and assess automation opportunities. 4. Extensive exception implementation experience for the BOTs from a technical and operations perspective. 5. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team, management, and clients.
