Job Description

    • Accountable for collecting, updating & reporting confidential succession planning data for various stakeholders and advising on opportunities available or risks foreseen using the data repository
    • Accountable for preparation and providing support on Talent Review tools like Review decks, One pager Talent Profile, Talent Grid & Talent demographics that enable a qualitative Talent Review discussion by HRBPs at Business/Function/Region/Country
    Strategy
    • Accountable to drive and support Succession Planning and Talent Review process as per the global standards in respective Business/Region
    • Act as subject matter expert of the product and responsible to educate and collaborate with the respective HR parties and HR SSC teams for the accountable deliverables
    Business
    • Understanding the Organisation & Business context
    • Extensive experience and expertise in the Senior Level Stakeholder Management. (Talent Product Head, Stakeholders and HRBPs & Partners in GPS Global People Services)
    • Requirement gathering from clients/stakeholders and experience in talent process implementation
    • Proactively engaging with the respective stakeholders and delivering value added services
    Processes
    • Agility to keep track of the organizational changes and bring appropriate changes to the process and plans.
    • Proficient in project management skills
    • Proficient in excel skills
    • Experience in process documentation
    • Always maintaining up to date data/information and conducting periodic checks
    • Bring Process improvement in consultation with the Lead Ability to convert the automation requirements to execute. Eg: Preparing Business requirement document, Data input for the automation. Ability to translate the requirements into documentation.
    • End to end request management and reporting
    • Standardise the Talent Review formats within the Region/Product supported by Line Manager
    • Supports the Manager with ad-hoc projects such as surveys, analysis, global calls, projects, support on strategic talent papers
    • Supports the Manager with communications plan with regards to changes or updates to products for stakeholders (including training of myHR and updation of Knowledge Bank)
    • Support education of HRBPs on the succession planning process, tools used in Talent Reviews and Talent Identification
    • Experience and/or exposure to HR Research and Analytics
    • Talent Management system usage or implementation experience
    • Talent Management Policy design experience
    People and Talent
    • Act as subject matter expert of the product and responsible to educate and collaborate with the respective HR colleagues and GPS teams for the accountable deliverables
    • Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from their team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
    Risk Management
    • Highlighting potential risk and mitigating them in the process and product.
    Governance
    • Maintain Global governance standards within area of accountability
    • Follow risk parameters as defined within area of accountability
    • Map & update process steps in ARIS
    • Adhere to Quality Matrices standards in the product and unit

    Our Ideal Candidate
    • 7-9 years of experience in Talent Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning
    • Masters degree in the relevant domain (preferred)
    • Relevant professional certification in Project Management, Performance management will be an advantage
