Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greeting From PESHR Services!We have excellent opportunity for (L1 Level )Application Support -MumbaiWork Location: Navi Mumbai (Permanent)Experience : 2 To 4 Years Designation:- Application Support(L1 Level)Qualification:-BE, B Tech ,MSc IT, MCA,BSC IT,BSC(CS),Bcom,MBA(IT)Required Technical SkillTechnical SQL SkillSQL Queries,(troubleshooting, debugging, tuning and optimization of SQL queries and stored procedures)Databased

  1. Experience in SQL Database /Oracle Database
  2. Having knowledge of Stored Procedures
Required Candidate profile
  1. Excellent problem solving skills.
  2. Effective handling of issues received over email/call from clients across world.
  3. Daily monitoring of the application.
  4. Should be efficient to provide the workaround solution.
  5. Having good command in writing ORACLE, SQL queries (DDL & DML).
  6. Good knowledge to write ORACLE, SQL script by joining multiple tables.
  7. Recording of the critical issues and escalation to Bank whenever required.
  8. Coordinate with Development team and Bank IT for bug fixes
  9. UAT patch deployment and assisting Banks team for UAT
  10. Assist Bank for conducting the DR drill activity.
  11. Resource should have good command in English language (both verbal and written) for providing technical support
