Job Description

Sr Business Operations Analyst (Salesforce Developer)Responsible for leading all technical support and implementation activities related to Platform Business Systems (SalesForce (apps), Zuora, CPQ, Keylight) including but not limited to:
1. Responsible for the feature configuration, development, test and deployment of the PBS team sprint deliverables;
2. Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support delivery of CRM, Quoting, Subscription and Billing features;
3. Be recognized as a functional expert in the CRM, Quoting, Subscription and Billing domain to support Incidents and debugging efforts;
4. Communicate with stakeholders of different (development and sales) teams (referred to as user management);
5. Assist project leaders in performing hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts and configuration tasks as required in support of change management as well as new project implementations;
6. Ensure solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements;
7. Handles Incidents within SLA occurring on our Business Systems applications;
8. Acts as representative on Incident Management triage calls representing the team;
9. Thinks like users/ customers of our Business Systems, provide feedback and contribute to ideas for new features and identify areas for improvement.
Who are you Basic Requirements:
• Computer Science degree or equivalent practical experience;
• 4+ years of experience in SaaS surroundings (SalesForce/ Zuora or equivalent);
• Experience (hands on practical experience) on at least 1 SalesForce implementation;
• Expertise of the CRM E2E SaaS landscape , especially related to the Lead to Cash process area;
• Good understanding of Enterprise customer journey best practices;
• Experience working in iterative projects and with deployment strategies/processes;
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and ability to work independently;
• Works well in a dynamic DevOps environment;
Preferred Requirements:
• Experience of Business Systems Salesforce (CRM) and/or Zuora (CPQ/Billing) platform is a plus;
• Hands on experience on test automation, CI/CD, and e2e testing of SaaS software;
• Good command of git version control system, knowledge of GitLab is appreciated;
• Strong understanding of Agile based development practices and test strategies;
• Project management and/or business process management certification or equivalent experience;
• Experience working with global teams.
Physical Demands:
• Due to the global nature of this role alignment with team members, the E2E test team and vendor developers in all regions will be supported.
