Job Description

    Duties & Responsibilities:Should able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Finance and Accounting - General Ledger, Accounts payble, Accounts receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank accounting, Taxation, Financial reporting, costing, Management reporting and do To be process mapping, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF listFinalize requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specification to Technical team to carry out developmentCarry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script and do integration testing.Plan and provide training to Core team and usersManage Master data and cutover data migration /uploadProvide post go live support for issues faced by usersMinimum Qualification: Graduate - Post Graduate- CA / ICWA/ CMAPreferred age group: 28 yrs to 40 yrsLocation: Ready to work in any location in India & abroadEssential Requirement:SAP Experience - 5 to 15 yrsE2E Implementation project(s) - At least 3 E2E implementation projects handled independentlyTeam Handling Experience - -Desirable Requirement:Degree- Post Graduate- CA / ICWA/ CMACertifications SAP certificationDomain experience - 2 to 4 yrsIndustry experience - Real estate/ Construction / Infrastructure industryGST Implementation project(s) - 1HANA Migration project(s) - 1Roll-out project(s) - NAOnsite Support project(s) - NAOffshore Support project(s) - NATechnical Competencies:Experience of E2E onsite implementation projectAbility to define orgstructure suiting business reporting and control requirementsAbility to do process mapping, Gap analysis - RICEF identification, KDS finalizationAbility to handle configurations, provide functional specifications for RICEF, testing and deliver designed processesAbility to plan and handle data migrationAbility to provide training and provide post go live supportBehavioral Competencies:Able to maintain confidentialityHandling various categories & levels of customersExcellent analytical abilities, Good verbal & written communication, Presentation skillsTeam Working, Meticulous, Self-motivated & self starterMeet the deadlines for the tasks givenReady to work round the clock if situation demandsStress handling & Leadership qualitiesClosure OrientationAbility to handle Core Team and Process ownersTime management skills, stress management and ability to meet deadlines
