Job description : Responsible for establishing & maintaining good relationships with clients ensuring a smooth and continuous flow of business. Be experienced to understand & resolve issues of service levels, prices, competitors, carriers etc within the air freight industries. Qualify, target and secure new clients in line with the Sales Target. Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospect clients Responsible for handling clients/agents inquiries and servicing customer s needs. Prepares booking/reservation to carrier and provide up to date shipment informations to clients. Contributes to the major goals of the Company in uplifting Salesrevenues.
