Brand Leadership Through Speed in NPI ( Timely launch of new product )2. Brand Leadership through launch of defect free product. ( Product Quality )3. Cost leadership 4. Operation efficiencyJob Description- Ensuring timely launch of new product and maintaining product quality- Reviewing product and drawing specifications and feedback to design on manufacturing feasibility & processes- Preparing product and process development plan- Ensuring vendor evaluation and improvement plan- Defining process and tool for new products- Ensuring commercial negotiation for product and tooling- Coordinating with upcountry plants and suppliers for new product development- Establishing product quality plan and control plans- Ensuring tool verification as per plan and fool-proofing- Conducting process & tool validation and build process capability for new products- Issuing resolution at various stages of product development- Attending daily work flow meeting- Preparing product validation report and improvement plan- Preparing SOPs & process specifications for new products- Organising material through plants as well as vendors at various stages of product development- Reviewing drawings, packaging and BOM- Ensuring quality of parts/products as per drawing specifications for all NPIQualification DetailsEssential Qualification: Diploma or B.E (Mech / Prod) Preferred Qualification: B.E (Mech/Prod) Experience DetailsEssential Experience: 2 years for Degree & 4 years for DiplomaPreferred Experience: -Special SkillEssential : 1.
