Job Description

We are Talent Corner HR Services Pvt Ltd- with 16 years of experience in recruitment and having 22 offices across India.Our client is a reputed elevator Manufacturing company in Mumbai.They have urgent requirements as underPosition: Senior Executive stores & logistics Year of Experience: 3 To 4 yearsSalary: 3 to 4 Lakhs per annumReporting: Plant HeadGender : MaleCandidates must have his Own Vehicle & Male candidates only. Residing near Kalyan, Bhiwandi, Thane.Proficiency with computer ERP systems like Tally, MS Office, Excel, Outlook etc. Working knowledge of inventory management and materials management.

  • Minimum three years exposure to inventory management on Tally ERP or equivalent in manufacturing environment and preferably Elevator
  • Understanding of basic manufacturing
  • Good written and oral communication, ability to communicate necessary actions and requests clearly and
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated, ability to handle high volume workload, and ability to work in a high paced department.
  • Working knowledge of Bill of Material
  • Knowledge of export documentation &
Job Responsibility:# Inventory Management of Raw Materials, WIP and Finished goods. To plan, prepare, issue and receive all materials required to ensure that production schedules are met.# Use Tally ERP to record all data through Work orders, Issue for Production and Receipt from Production screens. Ensure all Inventory entries of RM, WIP and Finished Goods are correctly done to map actual production activities.# Responsible for proper data logging to ensure accurate Identification and Trace-ability of all RM, WIP and finished goods. Ensure correctness in allotting batch number and serial numbers to production lots.# Posting of accurate consumption data of all materials in Tally ERP.# Evaluates production and dispatch statistics and their impact to the production schedule.# Reports major variances from plan to appropriate management personnel along with a coursecorrection action plan for managing issues as they arise.# Revises and reschedules shop orders when necessary.# Ensure that the system inventory and physical inventory of all components in the RM Stores, WIP, Packing and Finished Goods warehouses are correct and matched.# Coordinates sub-contracted orders through the relevant department.# Performs physical counts of raw material and work in process (WIP) inventory, identifying and solving inventory variances.# Confirms and releases work orders and responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, rescheduling, updating and closure of assigned work orders.# Attend regular Operations meetings to develop priorities which are in line with Sales requirements.# Analyse complete work orders to verify labour and material posting, closing and retaining work orders.# Daily review of sales order open bookings (Contract Review) to have product prepared in advance of shipment day.# Daily review of dispatch to ensure on-time and accurate processes of transactions between operations.# Work pro-actively, on a daily basis, with the manufacturing supervisors, procurement and other departments to ensure schedules are maintained.# Knowledge of export documentation
