Job Description

    Greetings from Convocare HR & Counselling LLP !We are currently looking forward to recruiting for the following position of Sr.Executive Project coordination & Supervision for our client.Profile descriptionDesignation: Sr.Executive Project coordination & SupervisionLocation: BandraRole: This position is responsible for all project related activities including survey, planning, scheduling, coordination and client liaison, procurement of material, reporting, & handover documentation with regards to CCTV, Access Control & Attendance, Fire Alarm & Intrusion Alarm Systems. A few projects a year are alsoundertaken in other locations in the country, and require supervisory visits.- Preferably having a candidate withB.E Degree in Electronics and Telecommunication or a BSC in electronics. - Minimum 2 years experience in Electronic Security-system /CCTV camerain project coordination / management /supervision.- Coordination with client / client representatives and tech team wrt upcoming / ongoing projects.- Taking handover after the project is won, preparing CAD / schematic drawings for Cebex team / client.- All written communication including placement of order, tech team / client communication.- Liaising with OEM where required to solve technical queries.- Taking daily inputs from tech team to prepare project reports.- Site visits where necessary for weekly site meetings, escalation, handover, demoLong Term Responsibilities.- Refine the project management process and ensure best ROI with optimal utilization of resources.- Maintain relationship with clients and OEM as liaison between them and technical team. -The candidate should be technically conversant with all verticals of Electronic Security as mentioned above.- The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluentinEnglish and Hindi. - Must haveability to give directions/issue instructions clearly. - The candidate should havegood interpersonal skills and be able to work well with the technical team. - Honesty and sincerity would benecessary pre-requisites for employment. - The candidate must show initiative in taking ownership of tasks /actions and should be able to handle pressure and deadlines effectively. - IT / networking knowledge is a must.If youre interested in the above mentioned positions kindly revert with the following details and mail yourCVto hidden_email.Current CTC:Expected CTC:NoticePeriod:Current Location:Total years of experience:Please Note: It is mandatory to give an email confirmation to process your application further.
