Handle procurement of all the material related to the Organization. Ensures availability of required Material and Services to users at Right Price, Right Quality at Right Time and at Right place. Process requisition for supplies and equipment based on the Indent received from stores. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Evaluating bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical Factor Represent & negotiate on behalf of the company for supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers Reduce cost of Purchasing through various means Coordinate with the Stores department and identify best EOQ and the lead time.
