Ensure agents accurately capture the complaints related data provided by the customer

Escalation Handling: Minimal escalations to next level

Complaints received at the at the Senior Management + P

O+ Toll-free Grievance Desk : Ensure complaints are raised with Central Senior Management team

Operations/ Audit & Compliance:1
Error-free and timely execution of customer instructions

Compliance to audit guidelines on password sharing, ID usage and updations

Administrative/Compliance:1
Ensure due diligence in Leave Planning and record management

Maintain attendance hygiene
