The TL - Contact Center - Credit Card Yes Bank SAC Function will focus on the following priorities:a. Provide leadership , expertise , direction and guidance to the Sales function for Customer Acquisition & Value Management for Credit Card business.b. Accountable for achievement of sales , profit , and strategic objectives for the unit c. Responsible for planning , budgeting and attaining cost to Income and revenue objectived. Work with HR and within own unit , to recruit , train and develop staffe. Liaise with training and service quality team to ensure training needs are identified and addressedf. Maximize agent sales productivity and efficiency on calls for revenue generationg. Monitor to maintain high levels of quality , accuracy , process , database penetration , campaign conversion , agent and unit productivity.h. In coordination with business , establish promotion campaign &sales contests to achieve sales numbers i. Manage day - to - day operations of the unit as per defined processes and ensure compliance to audit guidelinesj. Work with vendor / partners to deliver quality service at optimum costk. Works closely with business and product team to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. l. Keep up to date with recent market and industry trends , competitors , and leading customer strategies,
