1) The candidate will head the Contracts, Billing and Estimation departments. and will directly report to the COO of the company.2) He would be responsible for handling contract conditions, tenders, negotiations, estimate, costing and billing, I.S. Mode of measurements, etc.3) Consulting with architects, engineers, builders, contractors, suppliers and project owners, study architectural and engineering drawings and specifications, monitor changes of design to assess the effects on cost and assess and recommend payment to contractors during construction.Desired Candidate Profile1) The candidates should have relevant experience (as stated above) of 6 - 10 years in Architectural, Structural and Services Design and Drawing/Document management.2) Candidates should have experience in residential projects of reputed construction companies.Salary:10 Lac - 14 Lac,
