Manager Employee Engagement, Communication & Change Management Roll out of employee engagement survey, FGDs with departments, gap analysis and action plan for the group. Design and roll out of pan India employee connect calendar around themes of festive celebrations, health, sports, etc along with signature annual events i.e. Foundation Day Awards night, Talent hunt, and Kids Carnival /Family Day. Design and rollout of online reward and recognition portal with multiple categories enhancing penetration.
