The incumbent would be responsible to manage the entire gamut of Purchase Department. Lead a team and plan, organize, delegate work and monitor the entire cycle of material procurement & vendor management. Review Quotation from vendors & comparative statement to select vendor for procurement. Procuring material as per requirements after finalization of rates in accordance with the Management. Processing vendor invoices/ Bills after receiving material as per quality norms. Extensive experience in handling total procurement of large projects such as townships, multistoried buildings, commercial complexes etc. Maintain data base of material with updated price and technical specifications. Should be well acquainted with all construction material i.e. Cement, RMC, Steel, Marble granite & Tiles, Construction Machineries, Electrical, Decorative Light Fixtures, Plumbing, C.P. Fittings, Sanitary ware, Pumps, CAPEX items etc. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate/ MBA with 15- 25 years of experience with a reputed real estate company. Should be a hard task master with knack to get the work done on time. Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Computer proficiency is must, should be well versed with all related softwares & ERP System.,
