Job Description

Manage a team of 3-5 resources responsible for pricing of group insurance policies
Evaluate quotations / reports prepared by the team before closure with business teams
Ensure compliance, profitability and other process guidelines are followed by the team
Coach and guide the team to conduct financial analysis/market research to support development of group products
Engage with reinsurers and business teams for finalization of quotations
Provide sales support for customized business requirements, business acquisition/retention by timely
resolution of queries relating to product, pricing and process

Good logical reasoning and data analysis
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel/PowerPoint
Experience of managing a team / multiple stakeholders
Negotiation Skills
