Hiring Sr. Manager IT Infra and Network & Project Management for a leadingfintech companyPosition: Sr. Manager IT Infra and Network & Project ManagementLocation: Vikhroli, MumbaiExperience: 8 - 10 years in IT InfrastructureQualification: BE / B-Tech / B.Sc IT Comp Science or IT or ETCC/ B Tech with PG-Diploma on SystemsRequired Certification - ITIL / Prince 2/ ISO 27001, MCSE or similar, PMP - preferred or knowledge ofProject Delivery Plan / ManagementCTC: As per industry standardsKey Job Responsibilities:To Lead Team and Manage - IT Infra & Project Delivery, Arch Design, Implementation, Managinginstalled network, Vendor Management, SLA maintenanceRole Requirements:

  • Experienced to manage Project Delivery (Heterogeneous IT Infra, Network including Firewall, LAN / WAN, interfaces), Arch Design, Implementation, Managing installed network, SLA design & maintenance/ Escalation Matrix & Handover
  • Hands on Design, Implementation for Setting up and Maintenance of Data Center Host Infra &
  • Network (LAN/WAN) - On Premise or Cloud (Azure/ AWS similar)
  • Strong Knowledge on Technology Product (for IT Infra), Vendor assessment / Co-ordination / Management and Closure - Payment / Penalties
  • Possess excellent communication (written, verbal), interpersonal, people management, relationship management and analytical skills. Experience of working under cross-cultural environments.
  • Strong on - Project Plan, Design, Documentation, IT Info Security
  • Updated on Latest Technology tools for IT Infra and Network, and automation around that, and handson
  • Should manage Infra Environment & Network on single handedly, and manage live project delivery
  • Should have experience as Team Manager to manage people of Infra and Network support
  • Experience in ISMS, Information/Application and Network Security Architecture, Policy, Governance and Standards, State and local regulations and internal audit compliance, Implementation of IPS/IDS, SIEM, FIM
  • Service Management, Maintain high performing service support functions IT Service Desk, Desktop Support, RCA , Client Handling
  • Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
  • Monitor, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
  • Service and Support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting your service area and ensuring service impact is minimized and agreed
  • Strong Understanding of IT Info Security (ISO 27001/ PCI-DSS v3.2)
  • Be accountable for the quality of Service and performance; ensuring future demand from growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems
  • Managing day to day operations of security solutions like SIEM, DLP, IPS, Anti-Spam, Disk Encryption, Anti-Virus etc. deployed in the organization by providing lights on support.
  • Drive internal and third party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes Meeting Support
  • Lead the Desktop Management team to continually improve the desktop computing environment
  • Manage the desktop computing environment to ensure that laptops, PCs and other access devices are built and maintained to high standards of performance and security
  • Ensure that patching and anti-virus updates are carried out promptly and effectively
  • Make recommendations for Service Improvement Plans and ensure actions are followed through to completion in a timely manner
  • Work with internal and third-party teams to ensure actions are taken and completed to protect and improve services
  • Provide regular and accurate management reporting on IT Infra and related Service performance - to Senior Management / Business Objective
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Excellent Technical skills with proven hands-on experience
  • Required Certification - ITIL / Prince 2/ ISO 27001, MCSE or similar, PMP - preferred or knowledge of Project Delivery Plan / Management
  • Deep Knowledge of IT Systems, SDLC, IT Process Knowledge, Info/IT/ Network Security Understanding, Design & Implementation @ Respective Area
