IT - Hardware / Telecom / Technical Staff Job Description Roles and Responsibility :
Define the Global EUC roadmap
Work with other technology groups to streamline effective processes and drive continuous improvement for EUC infrastructure, services and support.
Architect, design and manage the Asset management, Microsoft AD, SCCM & O365 platform along with the governance & deployment.
Identify and drive areas for service improvements in conjunction with the managed service provider
Preparing and reviewing IT Infrastructure related RFPs as well as evaluating the bids received and giving recommendation on vendor selection
Overseeing vendor/partner to ensure relevant deliverables with agreed SLA as well as objectives, priorities, trade - offs and risks are aligned
