Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsCreate and execute all Marketing collaterals spread across ATL/BTL Create editorial calendars and syndication schedulesContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, vendors and coordinate actionsThe Role will also include video content generation for our various company pages including reels, short videos and photography using mobile devicesCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateThe Candidate may have to work from HO or from home or from Site.Candidate Profile: Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and build collaborative solutions. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Ability to connect with customers of different age groups and communities Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing channels and measurement Experience from Hospitality / Real Estate will be preferred.Reporting to: Marketing Head
