Job Description

  • A Sr. ORM Executive is responsible to monitor, connect, converse, engage and enhance brand s online reputation. Be a representative of WATConsult, aids its clients by acting as a central point of contact for leveraging brand s online reputation; to support various objectives for reputation, branding and audience engagement.
  • Possesses complete functional understanding of the brands handled by subordinate team members; own responsibility to manage execution and reporting
  • Ensure the expected turn-around time is delivered
  • Responsible to allocate work ensure that work is well managed and accomplished in cases of possible sudden resource crunch
  • Learning analytics, amalgamate ORM and analytics together to deliver objectives
  • Overlooking the complete operations aligned to subordinate team member comprising the following;
  • Overlooking the social media pages across the web through tool/manually once a day to ensure no conversation is missed
  • Checking reports, its analysis adding more value to it
  • Advancing the reports to be more insightful by constantly upgrading the same
  • Inculcating the brand values in subordinates thereby assist their growth and learning
  • Complete coordination with the client internal CS team
  • Managing the campaigns run for the brand
  • Providing with the campaign reports
  • Preparing pitch reports basis performance and insights
  • Revamping the look feel of brand reports every quarter
  • Keeping a regular eye on the competition providing meaningful suggestions way forward to the brand
  • Inspect all reports before they are shared with the clients
  • Ensuring that the timelines are followed any imperative demand by the client is met successfully
  • Constantly seek to make value additions in the tool thereby add value to the brand
  • Executing all the briefs coming from CS team along with the Deputy ORM manager delivering as expected
  • Regularly attend client meeting and foster a fruitful client-agency relationship
  • Share timely feedback of the subordinates with the managers also recommending suggestions for improvised operating
  • Constantly search and identify for possible new platform where the brand is mentioned
  • Seeking innovative and effective ways for how brand can communicate with target audience on several platforms
  • Analysing and preparing brand performance comparative report on monthly and quarterly basis
QUALIFICATIONS REQUISITE
  • Graduate or holder of UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media / Marketing Communication / Advertising or equivalent
  • Certification in Digital Media / SEO / SEM / Ecommerce will be added honours
  • 1-3 years of work experience with a brand, digital / social / advertising / creative / media agency
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUISITE
  • Professional-level proficiency in English, excellent written oral communication, MS-Excel skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media Channels, Digital Media and Online Reputation management is a must
  • Comprehensive knowledge of social media/digital listening tools like Hootsuite Insights, etc.
  • Must be informed and active follower of social and digital space trends and activity and possess a keen eye for detail
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS REQUISITE
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and explore various facets of the job, new-age digital advertising
  • Must be able to perform and be collaborative under pressure situations and tight deadlines
  • Must be adept to working in a dynamic team structure
